Thomas H. Linley

Tom Linley joined the Center for the Study of the American Constitution in 2019 as Co-Editor and Deputy Director for Publications, both print and digital, and currently serves as Managing Editor. Prior to that, Tom worked in the publishing services field for more than 40 years. During that time, he was the lead typesetter on many of The Documentary History of the Ratification of the Constitution volumes over several decades, as well as many other CSAC titles.
